Sample order is welcome.
Price would be negotiated based on bigger quantity.
2. What brand of LCD screen are you using?
We are using full new A+ original screen of LG/SAMSUNG/BOE/Innolux.
3. What is the payment and delivery term?
Our standard payment term is 100% T/T in advance.
And for the delivery, EXW, FOB, CIF terms or others are available. Please feel free to contact our sales for details.
4. What is your after-sale service?
Once we confirm the sales and get the payment, we will inform our customer at once and tell the production updates, send the testing and packing detail pics & video before the dispatch.
When the customer get the packages and ready to install the projects, we will help to offer guidance and online tech support if needed.
Within the warranty, if it is the problem of products quality, non-artificial damage, we will ship new parts to customers for replacement of the broken parts, or customers ship the products back to us for repairing.
5. When will you make the delivery?
We can make the delivery within 5-15 working days according to different models and quantities of your order.
6. How long is the warranty time for your products?
2 years for Video Wall and digital Signage displays (optional extend warranty to 3 years), 3 years for Video Wall Processor and Matrix Switcher devices from the delivery date.
7. Which shipping can RACVISION provide?
We will offer different delivery options for customers: Express, Air, Sea, R&T, or delivery to your forwarder.
8. Do I need to hire any expert to operate RACVISION A&V products?
No need, it’s simple and easy to use with manual guidance and our online tech supports.
9. Does RACVISION Video Wall Processor support audio?
It’s available via customize device.
